Master Bedroom Refresh: Progress

It's been awhile since I shared any of the progress on our Master bedroom refresh, but fear not, progress has been made. To catch up click here.

Our new bedding is all in place and working overtime to make our room feel cozy and cold weather ready. Amazing: just adding the chunky knit blanket with the velvet shams to our existing duvet set has completely transformed the whole look of the bed. Love.

You may also remember that I was on the hunt for something to fill the empty space between the windows above the headboard...and you'll probably notice that it's no longer empty! Truth is, I've had this adorable little convex mirror in my stash for almost a year, but always assumed it wouldn't work because the proportions seem odd. But, after trying it out, I've decided the mismatched proportions are actually what make it interesting and a little quirky. A little quirk, even in the bedroom, is always a good thing.
